On this page you can learn more about the events that are taking place on the Main Stage area, along with the times and duration so you can make it to the audience area to see the action unfold. Please note that although this schedule is final and confirmed, some events may be subject to late starts due to overrunning. We will make notice of any changes to the schedule on stage.

Inbetween events DJs will be on set to play various Sonic the Hedgehog tracks. Listen out for your favourite tunes!

11:20AM – 11:30AM – Welcome to SoS 09!
Svend and Kevin take to the stage to welcome you to the convention and to outline what’s in store for the day’s activities.

11:45PM – 12:10PM – Bentley Jones’ Performance 1
The ‘Dreams of an Absolution’ artist gives a very special performance to Sonic fans.

12:30PM – 01:00PM – “Nevermind the Buzzbombers” Quiz Show
Four members of the audience are in for a chance to win some great prizes, as Adam ‘T-Bird’ Tuff and Svend ‘Dreadknux’ Joscelyne become team captains in a game of Sonical madness!

01:30PM – 02:00PM – Bentley Jones’ Performance 2
The popular singer returns for a second live performance that is sure to surprise and excite the audience.

02:30PM – 03:00PM - Q&A: Nigel Kitching & Nigel Dobbyn
Two influential names in the UK’s Sonic the Comic sit down to have a chat about their careers, working on the classic comic and their favourite stories.

03:15PM – 03:30PM – Red Hedgehog’s SoS Special Broadcast

03:45PM – 04:15PM – Q&A: Sumo Digital
The developers of Sonic and Sega All-Stars Racing take the stage to talk about their Sega experiences and what to expect from the upcoming game. Executive Producer Steve Lycett and Lead Designer Travis Ryan will be fielding questions from the stage and audience.

05:00PM – 05:20PM – The Sonic Hour Part One (with Cosplay Results)
Svend ‘Dreadknux’ Joscelyne and Rory ‘Roareye’ Joscelyne host the most popular podcast on Sonic the Hedgehog radio station, SEGASonic Radio. Now they finish off the day with more of their strange antics and humour, as well as hosting the results of the day’s Cosplay Competition!

05:45PM – 06:00PM - The Sonic Hour Part Two (With Art Contest Results)
After a short break, Svend and Rory return to liven up the audience and stage the results of the Art Contest.

06:00PM – CLOSING – Club Sonic
In case we decide to run over time, we will dedicate the rest of the day to pure Sonic tracks.
